Use

ʟ-Carnitine SAP ʟ-Carnitine plays an important role in fatty acid metabolism and has important antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. ʟ-Carnitine is a nonessential amino acid synthesized primarily in the liver and kidneys from the amino acids lysine and methionine.

Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:
ʟ-Carnitine (from 750 mg of ʟ-carnitine tartrate)
500 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate in a vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Dosing

Adults: Start with 1 capsule twice daily with food and gradually increase to 2 capsules twice daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take 2–4 hours prior to exercise. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months. (Source: nfh.ca)
