Use

Melatonin 5 mg tablets to help increase total sleep time in people with sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, and to help reset the body's sleep-wake cycle (per manufacturer / Health Canada melatonin claims).

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Melatonin — 5 mg

Dosing
