Oil of oregano liquid traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve upper respiratory symptoms and as an antimicrobial botanical as directed by a practitioner.

Ingredients

Each drop contains:
Origanum minutiflorum (herb) oil (75–85% carvacrol [93% carvacrol of total volatile oils]) — 5.52 mg

Dosing

Adults: Put 5 drops under the tongue and gulp or mix with 30 ml of water or juice three to five times daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food.
